My name is Mimi, and I’m not just the founder and CEO—I’m an environmental teacher with a deep love for plants, plant pathology, farming, and homesteading. I started this journey to create a space for people like me—those who care deeply about the planet but don’t always know where to start.

Peach & Quill was born out of my desire to combine two passions: empowering people with knowledge and making eco-sustainable living more accessible.
